JUNE 8 Team Spirit Kids play with balls of all shapes and sizes in the big net. Children will have the opportunity to make a popcorn stand with glue sticks and pretend they are in a ball field
JUNE 9 Yo Ho Ho Let's pretend we are princesses and pirates. We will make a ship with sails and wear pirate and princess costumes. Water tables will be filled with ships and in sand tables we can build castles and search for buried treasures. Our story teller will read a book using rhyming words and puppets.
JUNE 15 Teddy Bear Picnic Bring your favorite stuffed bear to the Animobile and together we will have a teddy bear picnic. We will make things for your bear, paint on the easels, read books about a bear and sing songs too! Wear your painting clothes!
JUNE 23 Bugs, Bugs, Bugs Let's learn about the different kind of bugs using puppets and story time. Children will have the opportunity to see live crickets in the discovery center. They can look as they draw them and make a story book to share with family and friends. In the discovery center, they can measure and weigh rubber bugs. For a yummy treatm, we will make bug juice.
JUNE 22 Fantasy Day The book Puff the Magic Dragon will enchant the children and set the theme for the puppets and songs. Together we will make a puppet stage out of a huge box with painting tools.
JUNE 29 Science Day Children can make their own gooey goop, puff dough. Rolling pins and cookie shapes add to the fun! Let pretend we are a bakery chef and ice cupcakes with sprinkle dust and gummy worms.

JUNE 30 Reptile day. Children will read a book about snakes an lizards.
in out art center they can paint a picture of a real lizard they see in the discovery center!
